RSA / RSR

Viking has built its expertise through 60 years of working in the demanding Nordic climate and geography, constantly focusing on getting the vehicle fast and efficient back on the road again.

Norway and Sweden are very long stretched and sparsely populated countries. The climate is in parts of the countries more demanding that most other places on earth. Within this framework, including Denmark and Finland, you will find more than 225 Viking service stations utilising more than 1000 well equipped salvage vehicles, and all ready to assist you 24 hours a day in any way possible whenever trouble occurs along the road.

Service vehicles

Repairing at roadside is Viking’s primary focus, and Viking enforces use of service vans with skilled patrols when towing can be avoided. Service vans are equipped with most frequently used spare parts as well as car batteries from Exide/Tudor/Sønnak – world leading battery provider and can replace a flat battery on site. Many of our stations have access to brand workshops and may assist with supplying parts and bring them to the client for repair and fitting. Some of our service vans are built specially for emptying fuel tanks when misfuelling has occurred.

Service motorcycles

Service motorcycles to allow movement in tight traffic, as well as electrical vans with quick charger to help other electrical vehicle are being added to the fleet, and contribute to reduce the group’s environmental footprint.

Truck and bus assistance

Viking holds a leading position within truck assistance handling custom made solutions for major truck manufacturers and transport companies. Viking offers heavy truck recovery nationwide in Denmark, Sweden and Norway. In addition to technical resources in the field, Viking’s call centers in each country are experienced in truck-related routines, including guaranties of payment (GOP) and detailed reports.

Outside the Nordic countries

Viking relies on its network of international partners to provide assistance services to all kinds of vehicles across Europe. Viking remains the primary contact in case of an assistance abroad, and guides the beneficiary in his home language.
